Video Universe is listing what they describe as a "3-pack box set" for release on Sept. 28th with "On The Waterfront: Special Edition", "The Wild One" and "The Freshman".

For some reason, the cover art displayed only shows "On The Waterfront" though...

I'm just wondering if this is a promotional thing where they are just packing these 3 individual DVD's together and possibly slapping a cardboard band around them at a sale price... or if we are actually getting a BOX SET featuring these 3 films?

Has anyone heard anything about this?

Also at dvdsoon ; I suspect a slapped cardboard band in a hasty bid to cash in on the great man's demise.
So many films, so little time...

I'd gladly sign any petition to encourage that!

BTW, caught Viva Zapata! on cable last night; fantastic film - when, Fox, when?

Not sure if you were all aware by now, but it is indeed a box-set, however I saw it on shelf last week and it looks pretty cheap and strung together with a cover still from 'The Wild One' used as the box art...
