Like the other tournaments, only it works in reverse - the movies nominated will be movies that sound interesting, but that for the most part haven't been seen. You abstain when you have seen one of the movies in a bracket; vote on which one sounds the most intriguing. I just ask that each entry have a reasonably-full IMDB entry so that we can give them a look and get properly intrigued.

I'll start with two; everyone gets two automatics until we've got a decent field.

The Assault
The Baby of Macon
Before The Rain
Berlin - Alexanderplatz
The Bride Wore Black
The Brown Bunny
City Girl (aka Our Daily Bread)
Eegah
Emperor of the North Pole
Eyes Without A Face
Face To Face
Four Flies on Grey Velvet
The Greene Murder Case
Green for Danger
Hardbodies
A Human Murder Weapon
Lemonade Joe
Life Is a Miracle
The Night of the Shooting Stars
Oh... Rosalinda!!
Proof
Pushing Hands
The Reflecting Skin
Robot Carnival
Santa Claus Conquers the Martians
The Skywalk Is Gone
Tales From The Gimli Hospital
El Topo
Vampire Circus
Visitor Q
Who Can Kill a Child
Who Killed Pixote
Jay's Movie Blog - A movie-viewing diary.
Transplanted Life: Sci-fi soap opera about a man placed in a new body, updated two or three times a week.
Trading Post Inn - Another gender-bending soap, with different collaborators writing different points of view.

Fidelity to the source should always be the goal for Blu-ray releases.

Good idea

Are the films we're supposed to nominate ones we haven't seen?

Well, that's what I did. I figured it would be kind of silly to nominate ones we couldn't vote for.

alrighty then, it makes my choices rather tough as I make it a habbit to track down & watch all of the films that grab my interest.

Here's a couple I've been seeking out for a while.

Face To Face (1967)

Eyes Without a Face (1960)

The later is due out by Criterion I believe

22 in; we need ten more for a power of two. Everyone gets automatics until we hit 32, so long as you let two other people add a movie between additions.

I'll use The Greene Murder Case (#23)
