This is going to be a long day for all of the golfers at the Masters since they will be trying to get 36 holes in because Thursday's round was rained out.

Tiger's off to a terrible start +3 for 5 holes. But Sergio is doing well at -3 after 15 holes.

Well last time Tiger got off to a horrible start at the Masters he shot 40 on the front... and 30 on the back. (And went on to shatter nemerous records) He's still alright IMO.

It'd be nice if Weir wins. Other than the NHL playoffs, there's not much for the Canadian fans to cheer about.

I will be VERY happy if Weir wins, and I would LOVE to see Phil Mickelson finally win a major, which he is over due for.

It's especially rough on the old-timers, such as Jack Nicklaus (who was +11 last I looked).
I'd buy that argument if Nicklaus's second round was his worst round of the day, but he shot a 77 for his second. It was his first round that was in the 85. (His worst round ever for a PGA event.)

Amazing. Tiger actually had an outside shot to be in the final pair on Sunday, which I think would have been the first time ever--in any PGA event--that someone who was on the cut line made it to the final pairing by the end of the third round.

Is Tiger being paired with Mickelson for Sunday? That'd be a bit interesting considering the earlier comments by Mickelson on Tiger's equipment (winning in spite of his Nike clubs).

The Masters is a golf fans dream come true. Commercial-free, widescreen, and high definition.

With the leaderboard looking as it does, Sunday will be very entertaining. Jose Maria, Vijay, Phil, Tiger, Weir, and even Rich Beem is up there. Can't wait for tomorrow!

I am amazed at the overnight odds to win the tournament. Jeff Maggert, who is leading, is 6-1 to win. Meanwhile, Tiger Woods is 4 shots back but only 9-5 to win. Just about everyone in front of or tied with Tiger (Mickelson, Toms, Weir, etc.) are all around 7-1 and thus predicted to crumble at Tiger's feet.

Which I suppose will probably happen!

Tiger is the best closer in the game and he would be a good bet. But the guy who might be the biggest obstacle is Jose Maria Olazabal. Twice a winner and with a short game that can overcome alot of what Augusta throws at you, if he can put together a 66, he won't get rattled by Tiger. No matter what, it's a very exciting Sunday.

K is it just me or are they not showing alot of coverage on Mike Weir, even though he is the leader? I don't know how many of his shots I've missed cuz they keep going back to tiger even though is shooting like crap!
