To get the best picture out of your projector, should you zoom all the way in and them pull your projector out so that it filles your screen, or vice versa... or does it even matter?

The projector I have is a InFocus LS110 if that helps to give some good advice.

Thanks.

You are betetr off having your projector further away and the zooming your picture in (smaller) to fit the screen than having the projector closer and zooming out (larger) to fill the screen. The further away the projector is from the screen, the easier it is to have a more even light dispursement across the entire screen. When the projector is closer, you tend to get more of a hotspot in the middle of the screen and then fading to more dimmer areas to the sides of the screen. I would leave a little room for zoom through and not zoom ALL the way in to the minimum point.

Neil, thanks a million! I though I had heard that this was the better way to go, but was not positive on that.

What does this do for the screen door affect? Anything?

Again Thanks
Rick
