Thanks to anyone who can translate this for me. It was from a friend of mine that died last year. They read this and handed this out on a card at the funeral, but I have know idea what it means.

Those free computer translation programs definitely have their limitations. :) The card is obviously a prayer. In this context "senor" would be translated as "Lord".

Cobbling this together out of my total ignorance of Spanish, but some familiarity with the sound of the Spanish Mass, I'd say this is a little closer to the intended meaning:

Especially For You

Oh Lord how we praise you,
(as) you always hear our (prayer)
Mary mother of Our Saviour
To you, too, (we) give honor
We are nothing without (you) O Lord!

Great are your works,
Infinite your mercy
Again you have shown
That we find our life in you alone
Praised be (God) forever
(We are) nothing without your love
Infinite thanks we give you

With songs of praise
Lord and giver of life
Eternally with Jesus and Mary
We welcome you
Recall our dear brother
Osman Giovanni Castro
We Love You

However, you have I'm pretty sure you have seriously misspelled some of the Spanish words, which is why both the translation program Joel used and the on-line English/Spanish dictionary I tried were unable to identify them. If you edit the text for typos, someone will probably be able to come up with a much better translation for you.

Neuter?
Presumably as a word, as opposed to a proper name, "castro" derives from the same Latin root that gives us the English word "castrate." :) If I had to guess, I'd think that Castro may be an occupational name, like Smith, Cooper, Farmer or Fletcher in English.

My try at the translation - I grew up speaking Spanish, but it has been a while. I corrected the misspellings to the best of my memory - if anyone knows how to insert accents and tildes (the little squiggly thing above the n in senor, for example), let me know. It makes quite a difference appearance wise.

The Spanish version is quite poetic; I am not a poet, so the English version lacks quite a bit of the rhyme and music of the original.

...and this really is quite a nice poem! Great way to keep memory of a loved one.

Maybe not, but what it loses in poetry it makes up for in coherence, especially since you understood a couple of words that escaped me. (And a couple of translation programs. Either they are idiomatic usages in certain dialects of Spanish or the lack of special characters confused the dictionary programs. I know that local Spanish usage varies widely, even more so than English among, for instance, the U.S., U.K. and Australia. I once worked in a dispatch center for a telephone company. I have a friend who was born in Cuba and raised speaking Cuban Spanish, and she had the devil's own time dealing with technicians in Puerto Rico when she worked as a dispatcher for a Florida based telecom.)
