I was looking around koreandvds.com and I found that Sky Captain And The World Of Tomorrow has a DTS track and is 2 disks.

Yes, that's actually the Hong Kong version they're selling on KoreanDVDs and it's actually DTS ES!

If anyone knows the full differences between the R1 and the HK R3 releases and could list them here, it would be greatly appreciated!

Well, if you'd like a version with DTS and PAL you might want to get the scandinavian release:

2 discs (to make room for the DTS I guess)
Disc #1: Commentary (Jon Avnet). Commentary (Kerry Conran, Kevin Conran, Steve Yamamoto, Darin Hollings).

Just picked up the Hong Kong 2 Disc release and can confirm the DTS-ES (Matrixed) track is full bitrate! It comes in a nice foil slipcase with a folder inside containing a cd-rom game (The Flying Legion Interactive Game) and a cardboard DIY 3D Model Plane.

The Region 3 is a 3-Disc´er. At least, that´s what it says on CD-WOW.

Anyone knows what´s on the third disc?

It appears that the HK edition does NOT have the commentaries. Personally, I'd rather have the DTS-ES than the commentaries anyway. All other extras as seen on the R1 edition appear to be intact.
