I would rank them as follows: 1) 2x03. The Reichenbach Fall 2) 1x01. A Study in Pink 3) 2x01. A Scandal in Belgravia 4) 1x03. The Great Game 5) 1x02. The Blind Banker 6) 2x02. The Hounds of Baskerville Indeed a great finale. I hope 3x01 explains how the hell he did it.

What really impressed me is how they treated the concept of a computer program being able to crack every computer security system in the world. So many bad writers try to use such concepts in other productions, and they never work because the whole concept is simply unbelievable. In this episode however, it was PERFECTLY believable! And I also can't wait to find out how he accomplished that final twist!

My guess is involves Molly and either another body or some blood from the morgue, the truck (which was full of soft-looking things IIRC), the cyclist (paid by Sherlock to run into Watson), and the doctors
(who wouldn't let Watson get close).

Or maybe the guy who looked like Sherlock who scared the little girl in the first place.
