Hi All,
I'm new to this so please excuse me if this topic has been addressed already, but it's driving me nuts.
I have recently bought a Samsung UE40H5000AK and have tried to connect a LG DH3120 surround system to it. My problem is that the sound will not follow the Picture on the screen, i.e. when on DTV the surround works fine change source to HDMI and the sound remains on DTV. I have tried many ways to connect best way seemed to be via scart. I have no HDMI out on the DH3120. My old tv was a Toshiba LCD and it worked fine no problems. I have mailed Samsung but as yet no reply.
Please any advice gratefully received.

Have you turned off the motion enhancements?

And what audio connection from the TV to the LG? (those of us in the US never had scart)

Thanks for you prompt reply,
Struggling to find motion enhancements in the TV menu???
My only options for audio connections are Scart and red/white RCA. I've tried both and scart works best.
I wonder a software upgade might work...

Look for something called 'Cinema Smooth', on or about pg-50 of the manual.

(The only manual I could find was in Russian, so that's the best I could do using a web translator.)
