Resetting my reciever: Dish811 (1 Viewer)

I have accidently changed the aspect ratio on my dish network reciever so that now I cant get any picture. Now that I cant get a picture I cant bring up the menu to change the setting back. Does anyone know if there is a way to reset the reciever to the default settings? The model number on the back of the reciever says Dish811. This is a HDTV Dish network reciever.
