This thread is almost too painful to read. So many great shows that we will never get a chance to see new episodes. My number 1 show would be American Dreams followed by Ed, and the soon to be cancelled Arrested Development.

The great thing is that while rereading this thread, a few shows have come back; namely Family Guy... !

I am going to only list shows that could still work today, as I would love a new season of Perfect Strangers or Kids in the Hall, I am not all that sure it would work as well as it did before.

Firefly - Picking up where the movie Serenity left off. Maybe every 10 episodes do a "flashback" one that takes place before Serenity and shows us how everything led up to it.
