Not straying too far off-topic, I'm sick to the back teeth of the use in movies/appeals/adverts/anything of Barber's Adagio over scenes of disaster or misery.

You could do an album of stuff like that. Include Albinoni's Adagio, Louis Armstrong's Wonderful World and The Cars' Who's Gonna Drive You Home (both used ironically). You could call it "Music To Blow Your Brains Out To"
