Moonstruck - Any Word on an OAR Transfer? (1 Viewer)

Received some gift certificates to Best Buy this summer, and I was about to buy the Moonstruck DVD until I saw it was not OAR.

Any word from MGM on a new transfer for this great movie?

I take it that means no word on an OAR release? For some reason, I thought MGM was doing better with its DVD releases.

FWIW: MGM released it OAR and 16:9 in PAL countries.

I thought the first DVD was open-matte when I got it, but my new 16x9 TV proved me wrong. This is a great film and it's shocking MGM hasn't given it the proper treatment.
