G.I. Jane wasn't Demi Moore at the top of her career but was more like a comeback role. She did a bunch of back to back bombs like The Juror, The Scarlet Letter, and the infamous Striptease and then went on to G.I. Jane with the shaved head and all as an answer to those previous films. The movie made decent money but not enough to make her a headliner again.
