I checked and the vibratouch can be disabled. I ended up calling - seems they are more interested in the customer on the phone than in front of them.

Anyway - I'm so far unimpressed with Verizon service levels. The Iphone is looking better and better.

iPhone kicks butt as long as you don't need access to corporate e-mail infrastructures.

yes, I'm pretty much sold on the iphone. The interface is simple enough that I won't go batty trying to access all the features and it is not so overloaded I won't be able to find them. Besides - it'll buy me mileage with the wife.

I'm just waiting until the 26th to see what Apple is going to roll out before I buy.
