That is a great price! The new Denon 3313 are shipping this month, but I'm not sure they're much of an upgrade.

That is a great deal ! I would grab that if I had not picked up a Pioneer Elite SC05 already. If I had that I would have most of my rack all Denon except the Toshiba HD-A1 HD-DVD and the Fios cable receiver.
