I am still thinking about purchasing the Dogma: Special Edition let alone a movie where a clown gets sodomized for 20 minutes
However if Kevin Smith is attached to it, it mustn't be too bad.
Although it could be a good party trick with the relatives. Showing them this flick would probably stop them from coming over :)

Maybe if we keep repeating...
a clown gets sodomized for 20 minutes

...it will just go away. ;)

Then don't watch the film, make some custom cover art that has the title of the documentary and stop whining

It wasn't Miramax or the Weinsteins that didn't like Dogma, it was the parent Walt Disney company. Kevin Smith likes Miramax fine

Craig S - I like your suggestion. I would love to see these documentaries as well, but none of my money will be going towards a movie where

clown gets sodomised for 20 minutes

I can't believe a
clown gets sodomised for 20 minutes

If I ever see a
clown gets sodomised for 20 minutes

I will call the cops.

All of this talk about a
clown getting sodomised for 20 minutes
makes me feel like a
clown getting sodomised for 20 minutes

For the love of god...

Do you really think the MPAA would allow a movie where a clown gets sodomized for 20 minutes? Yes, a clown (Vulgar) gets sodomized for a long period of time in the movie, but it's not 20 whole minutes.

You know, I was just saying to my wife the other day, "Why don't they make movies where clown gets sodomised for 20 minutes
anymore?"

And then she said "Go rent the costume and I'll get the videocamera set up"

Spoken like a true fan-boy :) Personally, I am a fan of Dogma but the rest of Smith's work does nothing for me. I'll buy the DVD for the documentary. "Vulgar", I couldn't care less about and will never watch.

Wow...a vow never to watch the film. Why? It's not like it's going to grow legs and start killing little children if you watch it.

Freaking funniest thread that I've read in a long time....

I have to admit that I'd buy a film where
a clown gets sodamized for 20 min

especially if it's got the Dogma special...

Julian...do you have zero interest in it because
a clown gets sodamized for 20 min

or because
a clown gets sodamized for 20 min

I'm personally going to at least give it a spin...mainly because
a clown gets sodamized for 20 min

Thought I'd bump this dead thread since the DVD came out last week. I just watched it, and I must say...it was horrible!

I feel like I need to wash my brain after watching it! As soon as I watch the Dogma Doc, I'll probably sell it...becasue, sweet lord it was awful.
