i saw celluar. I did like it.. I felt that kim basinger was very weak in the movie, however chris evans was great in the movie.. he will make a great johnny storm in the FF movie.. much better then the kid from fast and the furious.

It does. IIRC, her scenes were shot in one big bunch, as she had only limited time available. That might be why you think she doesn't fit as well, since she didn't mesh with the production as a whole...

My wife and I watched Cellular last night. Usually when we start a movie late (which for us is around 9 pm) she's asleep before it's over. But I gotta say, from the moment Basinger walks back into her house after putting her kid on the bus, we were hooked. An entertaining and not too over the top thrill ride. And the Mrs's stayed up till the end. That in itself was pretty amazing.

And you gotta admit, this movie was definitely easy on the eyes as far as watching the background "extras" walking around the boardwalk.

Um, yeah. My friends and I kidna MST3Ked this one. I mean, you really can't make a wrong joke when the little kid's name is "Ricky Martin" and one of the lines is "HOLYSHITDIDYOUJUSTSEETHATKIDTHATKIDJUSTGOTKKIDNAPP ED!!"

The movie was bad. It was just bad. Incredibly stupid and incredibly funny while watching it with funny people who are funny on their toes. The jokes were endless. I wouldn't reccomend it without reccomending that you surround yourself with incredibly funny people who make the jokes while viewing. It was just bad.
