So this is the "NEW" extender from Gefen, wow it can pass through a 3D signal !!!
Grandbeing has just released a simular pruduct that is full HDMI 1.4 with ethernet pass throug, here is the link : http://grandbeing.biz/product/EX0101%20H01%2002.htm
I have tested it on a Samsung 1.4 BP player and TV and it worked fine, even the the original "talk back" over HDMI did work when we used the TV control on the BD player over the extender.
