1. Gilmore Girls (WB)
Best episode: "Those Are Strings, Pinocchio" (Rory graduates from Chilton)

2. South Park (Comedy Central)
Best episode: "Fat Butt and Pancake Head" (Cartman's J-Lo impersonation)

3. Arrested Development (Fox)
Best episode: "Charity Drive" (Lots of stuff happens, but this was the episode where the show went from very good to great in my forming opinion)

4: 24 (Fox)
Best episode: "Day 2: 10:00 P.M. - 11:00 P.M." (Bombs away!)

5. Ed (NBC)
Best episode: "Captain Lucidity" (Ed has a lucid dream when debating a relationship with Frankie)

6. Futurama (Fox)
Best episode: "The Farnsworth Parabox" (Good news everyone! Farnsworth invents a box which contains a pathway to an alternate universe)

7. Coupling (Seasons 1-3) (BBC America)
Best episode: "Inferno" (Pornography and lesbians are a major topic of dinner conversation)

8: Alias (ABC)
Best episode: "The Telling" (Even with the wacky ending, the season finale catfight makes it the best episode)

9. Dead Like Me (Showtime)
Best episode: "Nighthawks" (So maybe it was a clip show, but it was a very well done clip show)

10. Survivor: Pearl Islands (CBS)
Best episode: "The Great Lie" (There's nothing like a good villain to capture the audience's attention, and the "dead grandma" bit is as compellingly awful as they come)

Love Curb Your Enthusiasm but can not find the humor or genius in Arrested Development.

I don't understand it, but then again I like queer eye. Some shows, and not so much the formula the producers utilize to create them just grab you.
