Based on the info I found at Crutchfield, it looks like you have a couple options. First, you could copy the files to a USB drive and plug it in the USB port on your receiver. FLAC is one of the supported formats. The other option is to setup some sort of DLNA app on a computer and stream the music to your receiver. I'm not 100% positive it would not degrade the quality this way.

I've used flac over DLNA with a number of Sony products, Sony always handled the format seamlessly. I heard no degradation, and my receiver reported the same sampling frequency that was being sent.

THE DLNA isn't so much an app as it is a codec.

From the Crutchfield site:

DLNA Certified: DLNA certification allows you to enjoy various content from your home network, such as photo (JPEG/PNG/GIF), music (MP3/WMA/WAV), and video (AVCHD/MPEG/WMV/XVID) files stored on your Windows 7/8 PC (or other DLNA Certified media server/Android device) through the Sony BDV-N7200W - up to 999 files/folders. The Blu-ray HT system can be connected to your compatible PC using a hardwired Ethernet (LAN) connection or Wi-Fi connection (via built-in WiFi). This eliminates the need to copy your photo, video, and music files to a separate USB storage device.

If you don't have the manual for your product, it is HERE.

As David posted above, you can copy your FLAC files onto a Flash Drive and play them from there...or you can coonect your PC via Ethernet connection or Wi-Fi and play the files that way.

How to play the files? Start on Page 33 of the Manual. It goes through step-by-step how to play files from USB devices, Bluetooth devices and networked devices.

Good luck!

What kind of computer do you have? Windows Media Player can be setup as a DLNA server. Plus there are tons of others that will work.

Here are a couple links I found quickly searching Google:
