So, here it is. It's a good idea to collect those wishes in one thread. This way it's easier for the folks over at Sony, to response to suggestions and so on and with Mr. Schlesinger being a member of this board, maybe we can lure some information away/out of him (hope you get the meaning of what I'm trying to say )
Here's my little Noir wishlist. Maybe some of these titles will find their way into another volume of Sony's Noir sets or will be released through their Martini movies line, like Garment Jungle for instance. An Icons of Noir: B-Noirs set would be nice as well, 4 movies on 2 discs like their Screwball titles.
Between Midnight and Dawn
Blind Spot
The Burglar
The Clouded Yellow
Convicted
Drive a Crooked Road
Escape in the Fog
Framed
Johnny O'Clock
Knock on Any Door
Tight Spot
To the Ends of the Earth
Women's Prison
The Woman in Question
+ The Bad Girls of Film Noir Vol. 2 (the other titles of the series)
Titles mentioned by the members: (+1 means: a tital got requested twice; +2 means: a tital got requested thrice etc.)

Someone should create a Columbia/Sony wishlist thread. I don't think there has been one before, at least not recently. God knows there has been enough concerning Warner over the years.

General remarks
Films starring Melvyn Douglas, Joan Blondell, Rosalind Russell, Lucille Ball, Evelyn Keyes, Grace Moore, Ann Miller, Glenn Ford and Cornel Wilde
Capra/Stanwyck set + Why not throw in some other early Capra films and make it a deluxe set similar to the first one? / "Capra at Columbia" Sets with Frank Capra's late 1920's-1930's films
More 80's schlock
I'd love to see an "Icons of the Old West" release featuring some of the Columbia B-westerns from Buck Jones, Tim McCoy, Bill Elliott and Charles Starrett.
An Icons of Noir: B-Noirs set would be nice as well, 4 movies on 2 discs like their Screwball titles.
The Bad Girls of Film Noir Vol. 2 (the other titles of the series)
A John Ford set: "Two Rode Together" ,"The Whole Town's Talking", "The Long Gray Line", "The Last Hurrah", and any other Ford titles that they may have the rights too. Yes, two of those are re-releases but they've been out for a long time and I'm sure that they could do with a new transfer. (+1)
A Blake Édwards box set
Bill Forsýth & Christine Lahti commentary for Housekeeping
Also, any other Lombard titles controlled by Sony. The more pre-Codes, the merrier.
Anything with the likes of Barbara Stanwyck, Melvyn Douglas, Rosalind Russell, Irene Dunne, Carole Lombard and Jean Arthur that may still have lying around. I would gladly get a third and fourth screwball comedy icons. (+1)
II'd love to see a five pack of these WWII films: Anthony Mann's THE HEROES OF TELEMARK, Peter Glenville's ME AND THE COLONEL, Carol Reed's THE KEY, Anatole Litvak's THE NIGHT OF THE GENERALS, and Carl Foreman's THE VICTORS. All but THE VICTORS have already been released on R2. Hell, it would be worth releasing them one at a time (on "Martini Movies"?) just to get them out there.
I'd like to see a British horror set, perhaps containing: Night of the Demon (the current one costs more then an Icons Set!), Creeping Flesh (currently OOP), Creatures The World Forgot, Corruption
Columbia Pictures War Classics I - The Heroes of Telemark, The Victors, Eight Iron Men, Counter-Attack, The Cockleshell Heroes (+1)
