WTB: Decent DVD player (pref with CD-R ability) under $200 (1 Viewer)

A friend is looking for a first player for his dad. The player will probably serve double duty as a CD player (thus the CD-R addition).
Just wondering if anyone is looking to unload an older generation model for a reasonable price. I'm a big panasonic fan, but those don't play CD-R.
So, anyone got a player they're looking to sell?

I am selling my Toshiba SD-5109 for $200 in a thread just below this one. It's got CD-R playback, progressive scan and a dual tray for holding 2 discs at once. Do this appeal?

I have a Philips 940at mint and bug free (software upgrade performed by Philips). I'm using it in my bedroom and it hardly gets any playing time. Shipped for $125.

Did you find a player yet? If not I have a Toshiba SD-1200 that I'm thinking of selling. It's about a year & 1/2 old and I have owners manual, remote (never used) and packaging. It's been a great player and will play CD-R's. $100 + ship.
