Regarding Bill's post, there was a case several months ago (I can't recall where) where a young guy had taken nude polaroids of his girlfriend. Both were 16. The boy was picked up for a traffic violation, and the cop found the pictures. The boy was successfully charged with child pornography, but luckily was not charged as an adult. I believe he received two years in Juvenile Detention, but I can't recall all the details.

Two years in juvenile for having naked pictures of his girlfriend? With all the people out there commiting real crimes its a shame that taxpayers had to pay for this kid to be locked up.
