Who owns the dvd rights for Beastmaster 2?? (1 Viewer)

I am aware that anchorbay entertainment is releasing beastmaster 1 on dvd. They have stated that they don;t have the rights for the second movie. I was curious if artisan has the rights.. they own some republic pictures titles..
since movies are slowly coming to dvd.. I was wondering about this title.
Sarah douglas was in Beastmaster 2. I own a website about her at http://www.sarah-douglas.com
I am sure her fans would be interested in knowing a dvd release.

According to IMDB, two companies have distributed this title in the U.S.: New Line and Republic.
Perhaps this opus deserves to be admitted into the pantheon of Infinifilm titles. Eh, New Line?
