My mileage might vary, but it ain't anywhere NEAR $4K!

I actually found a legit deal on the 75Q9FN for $2899 and couldn't bring myself to pull the trigger. I keep thinking that if I spend half of that now for a set that's still miles better than what it'd be replacing, in 5 years I could spend half that again for something even better than the Q9FN!

Well I just ordered up a new Vizio PQ759 Quantum (one step below the top of the line PX75 Quantum) to replace my sadly damaged P75F1 (home accident). Caught the Best Buy sale and also BB was the only vendor who would have it to me in a timely manner.
Price $2199.00

I know that in about 6-12 months, I'll be kicking myself as this model will be about $700 cheaper.

I did drool over, errr, evaluate the LG 77" OLED but at over 6 grand, still a bit pricey. And now with MicroLED on the horizon, who knows what will be in the sweet spot (mine was in the semi-sweet spot, mostly Splenda).
