Vertical Yellow/Green Lines on Projector Screen...Help!!?? (1 Viewer)

I bought an Infocus 7210 Front Projector. When its a dark shot or dark when the credits are rolling there are lines of green / yellow distortion that run horizontally and move up vertically.... and repeat slowly.... I rarely see it playing the actual movie or program. Just in very dark scenes...

What is this?? What can I do to fix this?

sounds like a service issue. I am not sure...perhaps if I were actually looking at the problem.??
