I have the Neuneo HVD 2085 (do a search, I posted several times about it). see www.neodigits.com. Now it is called Helios, but it is essentially the same.
In short: excellent PQ for properly mastered DVD, but fails on most wrongly flagged DVDs, especially PAL-DVDs.

Besides the above one, if you could find one used (they are a bit rare and built like a tank - no DVI or HDMI but 37.5 lbs. and does DVD-A too), there is the Samsung HD1000that is no longer made but likely more expensive than the above one.
