I just saw the movie and absolutley loved it. On one of the rare occasions i agree with the academys chocie for best director and actor.

I have a dumb question...

Does anyone know the song in the theatrical trailer for the film. Its on the DVD but i want to know who did the music, I know I heard it somehwere before but I cant pinpoint it. Thanks if anyone knows

I checked the song and thats not the right one.

So it's not the trailer where Szpilman is playing the Nocturne at first, then unrelated orchestra music (Restoration) makes up for the second half? I don't have the DVD, but I watched the trailer on Apple's site, they wouldn't make new ones for the DVD.

Alright so I went to many music stores and I can not find this Restoration CD. I find many Retoration albums but there all by some jazz player or som christian rock band. Do you know who did the Restoration album or better yet what is the name of the song or piece.
