There will also be a steelbook. I don't particularly like the art, so I'll go with the standard release. But here it is.

This will be exclusive to Walmart. They are currently charging $34.96 for this version.

This seems like a product that would have been earmarked for Best Buy if they weren't getting out of the physical media business. I've seen a bunch of other people in other places freaking out about whether steelbooks will continue or not. This release indicates that the studios will just ship the steelbooks to a different retailer in lack of Best Buy's interest.

Those DVD special features and Apple TV special features are not listed as being included on the Blu-ray disc. That's unusual. (To be totally fair, it is a Blu-ray+DVD combo pack, so I suppose if the DVD is the same as the standalone release, any exclusive bonus features would be bundled in there.) But then people buying the 4K disc wouldn't get the DVD supplements. Hopefully this press release is poorly worded and the Blu-ray isn't missing this stuff.

Also, I'm not clear if the version I have pre-ordered from Amazon is the "Amazon exclusive Blu-ray" or not. There appears to be only one version available at Amazon. I want to know what I'm buying there.

If they are dividing up bonus features among various different retailers and editions, that's really a disservice to the fan who should be able to make one purchase and get everything.
