David, thanks for the email.

When I wrote the review originally, I was working mostly from the information in the Rykodisc soundtrack CD liner. That gave the impression that Anvil had closed down some time in the 1980s. As I didn't have any information to the contrary, I echoed that in my first draft of the review. A few days later, my editor forwarded an email from Mike Anscombe putting me straight. I'm sure he won't mind me quoting:
