After 6 months of drywall, wire pulling, painting, learning about HT....I purchased a 50 plasma panny. I got Best Buy to match the TV-Authority price.
Salesman at BB was showing me a $700 surge protector/noise filter he said would be adequate. I didn't buy his BS. I bought a $149 Monster Power HT PowerCenter HTS1000MKI (2272 Joules).
Was I right or wrong. I know the importance of a surge protector, how about the noise filter. Am I missing something here?
