Can anyone help me, I have a Sony Wega and the picture is horrible. I have read on this forum about pixellation and I am wondering if that may be what is going on. I am set up with a Dish 500 sstem. I have considered calling in a Sony tech before my 1 year parts warranty is up. Any ideas anybody?

An interlaced direct-view Wega has a very clear, sharp picture that exposes artifacts more than most interlaced sets of their size.
The problem is likely unavoidable DISH artifacts. To verify that the picture is fine, hook up a DVD player to the same input (composite or svideo) and play a 4:3 film.
The picture will likely be fine.
If this is the case, possible solutions include switching to digital cable, switch to DirecTV (which is reported as having improving picture quality after the spot beam birds went online), or wait for DISH spot beams.
