Is there any indication how may discs it will contain, or the price?

I take it Warner is part of the hd-dvd consortium, and won't likely be releasing it on bluray unless that becomes the dominant format?

No, there is only the shot of the cover in an ad that has been coming with weveral TV sets from Warner lately. There's also a screenshot of the speical features, but that's it.

Warner releases both HD-DVD and Blu-Ray titles, they are not exculsive to either.
