Has anybody that needed a replacement for something in their Real Ghostbusters DVD set from Time-Life gotten theirs yet? My Ghostbusters Firehouse collector box came damaged in the mail. I called Time-Life in late November about getting a replacement. They said they'd call the warehouse and have a replacement for me in a week or two. Since then, I've gotten delay notices every few weeks and now 5 months have passed and I'm still not any closer to getting one. I've called into customer service several times, but that doesn't seem to help. I don't get how they can fill a new customer's order for the complete set, but they can't send me a new Firehouse box right away. I've talked to a few other people on another board and they seem to be in the same boat as me. I'm really dissatisfied with Time-Life.
