Simply beautiful! I'm still watching it and I don't even have to pull out my Olive BD to compare as this Paramount release is clearly superior in every way. Quite honestly, I'm more impressed than John with this BD release. Now, back to my showing.

After viewing the Paramount BD in its entirety, I tried to watch the Olive BD again for some comparison shots. However, my eyeballs almost exploded from doing so.

I too, almost had an eyeball exploding incident while watching a movie, but mine involved Raquel Welch. Couldn't agree more, McLintock!'s transfer is one of the catalog highlights of the year.
