I submitted one of those negative reviews about Season 3.1. on Amazon.com because I felt the transfer quality (blur) was poor enough to recommend not buying it. Completists that are willing to buy this volume regardless of quality will probably ignore it anyway. The quality of this set leaves me less confident of Fox's other TV product. I was all ready to buy Dynasty S1 on release, but am not so sure now. Is Dynasty still popular enough to warrant better treatment than LIS 3.1?

I hope the poor quality of season 3 doesn't imply that Fox plans on issuing poor quality DVDs of the older shows in their library, such as Mary Tyler Moore seasons 2 on up.
