48" C1 is scheduled to arrive by the end of this week.

Are these sets still 10 bit panels?

All TVs currently for sale are still 10-bit, with the exception of Hisense Dual Cell and Samsung Neo QLED who claim 12-bit based on a technicality (backlight resolution) which many don't feel is really 12-bit.

Is there any information on whether the 83" C1 has the EVO panel like the G1 series?

Yes, LG's 77" and the 83" C1 are the new EVO OLED modules, but the C1's operating system is not optimized to make the EVO panel brighter like it is for the G1 Gallery Series.
