I can never get these things to stay in my ear comfortably or just to stay in at all.

I bought a set of https://www.yurbuds.com/.
They seem to be standard apple style ear inserts but included are a rubber like cover
That fit very well inside my ears and these are guaranteed not to fall out and they don't.
The cover comes off and looks like it will fit fit over any standard round shape earphones.
If the two included rubber covers don't fit you can take a picture
Of your ear and emailing to them and they will send another pair based on your ear.

Looking at your link for Yurbuds.

Interesting. Might very well work, but awfully expensive
to try. Wish there was a cheaper solution. The "ear gels"
that Amazon sells don't seem to work either, according
to reviews.
