I am using Windows 98 with Internet Explorer.

There is a website that always takes longer than most to get to, and my home computer always does the "Page cannot be displayed" action on me when I try to go there.

Is there a way to increase the time Internet Explorer takes to get to a page before it gives up?

I had that problem with Win 98. I could not open Citibank websites. Don't know why, I assumed there was a Java script or something that my Win 98 did not like. Over time I became more and more dissatisfied with Win 98 and upgraded to XP. I'm very happy with that decision. So I don't necessarily think the issue is more time to open, I rather think there is an issue with Win 98 being able to open it.
