I need help with Internet explorer!! ARGGHH! (1 Viewer)

Guys,
I'm using Compuserve and I minimize it and then go to Internet Explorer. Thing is,
I started Internet Explorer today and dropped something on the keyboard and I got this Compuserve menu bar instead of my regular Internet Explorer interface..
So intead of the reload, stop, favorites and other buttons I get this big black bar with the compuserve logo on it..
Can anyone tell me what to do to get rid of it?
