I think the reason I got this (as well as missed out on the comedy one) is that I'm assuming Jim is taking all Westerns (or comedies) into account.

I may have rated a number of westerns low, but from the top 10, 8 of those are movies I believe I gave a 10 to, and 1 I abstained from.

So, it's not that I'm a western hater, but rather a lover of 'good' westerns. :)

I'm sure I'll show up on a number of lists, given my generous voting in this poll. This isn't necessarily a reliable indicator of genre preferences as noir happens to be my favorite branch of film.

No matter what Kaplan says I know I have a pretty good sense of humor at times. :D

Though he does get his jollies watching a film about some guy pimping out his apartment to his boss & an unfortunate working class girl, who then attempts to commit suicide. What a barrel of laughs that was. :)
