Anyone gotten this yet? What are the specs on the disc? Stereo or multi-channel? How does it sound?

I looked at this in the store on Saturday. The DVD side listed an "enhanced stereo" mix (or something similar).

I'm so sick of the different releases. This is the third and they all have separate things that make them unique. I'm a Howie whore though and will probably end up buying it. *sigh*
