how do I make an inexpensive home made hushbox? (1 Viewer)

We are in a small apartment and the projector sits just above the couch where we sit and watch our movies. We want an inexpensive, homemade hush box to block out as much of the sound as possible. We'll have to open vent it, perhaps above since we can't run venting into the ceiling or walls. What materials would you suggest? Any plans? How to Mount? I can attach it to the ceiling or the wall (both are concrete !
