to the conference were given a watch to take home and review.

It comes out today. I might purchase it just to get by on something for awhile.

Still looks too bulky for my tastes, tho.

Think I am going to wait for the Moto 360. This looks like the
watch to beat until Apple shows up with theirs.

That commercial serves as a great reminder that we are all going to want to punch idiots screaming into their wrists on mass transit in about 6 months.Also, the interactions with the watches are at about 200% speed of how well they actually work per the keynote. Maybe they slowed it down for the audience but I don't think so.

Still too large for my tastes and this coming from someone that wants a 5.5" phone. I would say the 360 would need to cut its thickness by half for me to be interested. I am curious to see what Apple comes up with.

That being said I have a feeling this generation of "smart" phones will be very popular.

I wear a big ass Tag Heuer the few days a year I wear a watch. The size isn't going to stop me, but what is:- Daylight usability- If it doesn't last at least 24 hours on a charge- If it doesn't give me something more than better glancibilitySo far what's offered seems to fail on all 3.

No indication it gives glanceable time. Every time the demo lady touched the phone to wake it up.
