I just took a flyer and bought a Beogram 2404 turntable to play my old vinyl collection with and record to CD. I think there are some non-standard things that I need to know about cabling for the unit. I'll obviously need a phono preamp, but I've heard something about a 7 pin DIN connector? Anybody got any leads on this?

That's how they interconnected to other B & O equipment.
When I bought mine many moons ago, it came with an adapter...7 pin din to 2 RCA connectors and a ground wire lead
