It's from an HTF SoCal meet in 1997(?) organized by Ron Epstein at Warner Bros. Studios. It was a great event and Warner's generously rolled out the red carpet for the HTF attendees.

I remember hearing afterwards how many attendees had a hard time getting through security at Burbank and LAX with that in their carry-on luggage.
