They cannot. The Donald shorts aren't finished.

I think they may release the remaining Donalds in bulk (two volumes) next years and that'll be that. Next year the Legacy collections will feature the Oswald shorts and Destino, so it too will feature annimated content.

The only live-action one worth having for animation fans is the Behind the Scenes, containing The Reluctant Dragon. Also Tomorrowland.

Amazon's description/review of Silly Symphonies Vol. 2: Just can't wait. One more month!
