I can get it for £28 upfront then £15 a month for 24 months. It seems really cheap so I'm very very close to going for it. Anyone have any thoughts about the handset itself, and anything I should consider before going for a Windows Phone 7 handset. Is WP7 nice to use, any functionality...
Hey, I'm a Brit. I wouldn't say pissing in public is common, but it's not unusual to go behind a bush if you're caught short, usually on nights out etc. Urinals like the one in the photo can be found in central london on friday and saturday nights.
http://www.engadget.com/2011/04/19/t-mobile-g-slate-review/ 8/10 seems generous considering the number of niggles the reviewer picks up on. Id be worried about what change in the price was caused by having all of that 3D functionality.
just think of having to use augmented reality on areas of a full game. For example to open a locked door with a lock picking minigame or to open an item chest. not sure if it could be done but itd be pretty cool, and fit with Nintendos 'fun casual gamer' idea.
If you see a photo of a dismantled iPad it's really interesting to see how thin the battery is, and how it takes up most of the space inside the device. We're getting to the point now where the size of a device is directly linked to the size of its battery as all of the other components are so...
Another thing I thought about this issue. If you fit a 4.3inch screen it enables you to make the phone itself thinner than a 3.5inch device and still have the same volume inside the device to fit all of the components in.
But for how long will Android struggle on a tablet? Surely given 6 months Android will have been refined beyond the BlackBerry. I mean, BlackBerry are on an absolute collapse, surely? I also concur with this general feeling that RIM haven't got either the home or work market on board with the...
I think also you could argue that whether a screen is 3.5inch or 4.3inch, the consumer doesnt really mind. As long as it is bright, sharp and functional. Manufacturers have gone for larger screens recently, but I dont think you could prove that this follows from a consumer demand.
Well for us data, calls and texts are all bundled together into your one off monthly contract fee, you dont have 2 seperate charges. I guess the size of the US does make a difference, but then again there are 5 times more potential customers too. When I visit europe I get charged a little more...
Say I am considering buying a Samsung Galaxy S in the UK I have two options. I buy it pay as you go for 350 and pay 10 a month for a sim only contract. Total cost for 2 years is 590. Or I get it free on a 2 year contract at about 25 a month. Total cost for 2 years is 600. So swings and...
This isn't strictly true. In the UK most people have two year contracts too, but at the end of the two years it is mandatory for the carrier to unlock the handset to any network if asked. So, to save money, you may get a month to month contract (at a very cheap rate) for the handset that you...
hehe, this discussion again eh! Of course I am making clear the limitations of their decision. Im currently trying to pursuade them to just get a good pair of speakers as their room isn't huge and they will be able to get a decent set for £150. Pixmania are fine in my experience but Ill...
Hello Everyone, A friend of mine has asked me to find them a home theatre system. Thing is, they're on a tight budget, but they know I'm interested in this stuff so they want me to find the best possible. They have a budget of £150. I have found this Sony home theatre system (second on...
Well then that is May sorted. 7 hours sleep, 1 hour eating, 16 hours of Fallout 3, 31 days = 496 hours of gameplay. Which actually gives me an additional 16 hours for toilet breaks!
Well then how about we try and suggest a solution that is a compromise between your quality suggestion and my cheap suggestion. I would suggest trying to get to a shop and trying a few for yourself, because for 150E you will probably have to choose between the entry level offerings from each...
Are we thinking there might be two iPhones this year? A 3.5inch iPhone 'Basic' which could be the iPhone 4 with 8gb of memory and a 4.3inch iPhone 'Advanced' with an uprated processor and camera and larger storage capacity maybe. Stranger things have happened, and Apple have already expressed a...
