I might be in the minority but i hope in the near future we get some more interesting packaging for the HD DVD's.. I really like some of the SD-DVD packaging that some of the studios are throwing at us on some of their movies...not to say that when you put the HD movie in your player it doesn't...

Couldn't of said it better myself.... Im not paying that much for this technology nor do i plan on dishing out 35 - 40 bucks for a movie at least according to FOX's msrp's... Bottom line BLU-RAY has yet to justify it's pricing...

One of the Biggest reasons I bought my HD Player,, other than of course the AWESOME PICTURE INCREDIBLE SOUND!!! and not to mention the first piece of Home Theater equipment that made me say WOW!!!!!! in many, many years....

Yeah the "GUTS" are the same with HD-A1 and the RCA but keep in mind that the Brand You buy is who you will deal with for customer service and firmware updates to my knowledge.. they are both fantastic pieces of HT - equipment!!!
