Has anyone determined what has been edited on this release? What is Paramount doing? Seriously. This JUST aired on TV last year, why in the world do they need to edit it?! Why aren't they getting the clearances they need during production?

I hope Fox stays with bigger packaging for 24, though. It would look VERY odd having S5 that small next to 1-4. They could always reissue them, though. I probably wouldn't buy them unless they remastered S1...

I wanted to get both discs, so I got two copies; one for me and one for my father. But now, I have two copies, and two of the same bonus disc. :frowning: I would have waited to get the copy for my father had I known this was going to be a problem.

Yep, same here. This is a national problem it seems. Someone put BB discs in the Target sets. I've gotten two sets with the BB disc. The stickers on the outside CLEARLY say Target, and the UPC code on the back is DIFFERENT from the Best Buy one.

Has anyone gotten a copy of the Target bonus disc? I have opened two copies from Target, and BOTH have had the Best Buy bonus disc inside. I went to 2 different Target locations, so I am beginning to suspect that this is not an isolated problem.

Well, I was going to wait until 4.3 came out, but frell it. I started watching Farscape, finally. I'm near the end of 1.2, and it just keeps getting better and better! One thing I love about this show is that they don't explain the various Farscape words used in place of things such as cursing...

I've seen the Starbursts out early far too many times at Best Buy. I think ADV just doesn't care. Heck, like Sean said, ADV's probably GLAD that Best Buy puts em out early, let alone at all.

Fry's, of course. I don't live anywhere near a Fry's though. :frowning: Wish I did. Now that I think about it, when I was at CES last year, I stopped at the Vegas Fry's and saw a 1.1 4-Disc, and was stunned (and upset, I already had 4 volumes in 2-disc). I guess I might try Amazon.

"They have the alternate theme song on every Dawson's Creek episode except for the last episode in that last DVD set of Season 6." Not true, Season 1's DVD has NO music replacement. Season 2 still has the theme. Seasons 3-6 have the alternate theme (which was the international opening for S1).

What stores have them locally, Andrew? I've only ever seen them at Best Buys here, and only 3.X+'s.

I just don't want there to be such a weird look to my Starbursts. I've got 1.1-2.2 in 4-disc (and obviously 3.1-4.1 in 4-disc) so a 2-disc'er is going to look really weird in the middle of all that. :frowning: Maybe it'll pop up at Best Buy or something one of these days..

Can ANYONE confirm that 2.3 has been reissued in a 4-disc configuration? I haven't seen a single copy of it anywhere. I ordered it from DDD and Overstock, both of whom had JUST gotten new inventory, and got 2-discs from BOTH. Has anyone asked ADV? I tried to find contact info on their site, but...

Why can't Universal get it right?! This was shown in Widescreen and 5.1 on NBC, Why do we get a substandard product on DVD?

The easiest way to do a Complete 2nd Season would be to include a slipcase with 2.5 that you can put both halves into.
